Josh, his wife Kelly, and their son Elias, reside in the City of Chicago.

After trading S&P futures at the Chicago Mercanti le Exchange, he decided he needed a career that was more fulfilling. Alfredo Arroyo joined us in 2008. He completed his studies at Robert Morris University with a BA in Business Administration. His vast knowledge of the insurance process has been a great asset in the submission of all your applications. Alfredo works in conjunction with the underwriters to obtain information that will help with the insurance underwriting process. Alfredo has a positive energy and takes great pride in providing superior customer service as efficient and effective as possible. He is bilingual, speaking and writing in both English and Spanish.

Kathryn “Katie” Peterson, joined us in 2008 as a vital resource to our Investment Operations Department.  She brings a background of financial acumen and understanding to her position. She has previously served as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual. Katie completed her studies at Northeastern with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Mathematics. She is able to answer a multitude of questions surrounding your accounts and can assist you with many of the transactions you may need.
